Introduction
Transformer oil will be oxidized and deteriorated to produce a series of oxidation products after the long-term operation, which destroys the original excellent physical and chemical properties and electrical properties so that it can not be used. Usually, this kind of transformer oil with a heavier degree of oxidative deterioration is called waste oil.
In fact, oxidation products in waste oil account for only a small part, generally, 1-25%, and the remaining 75-99% are ideal components.
Transformer oil regeneration system is to use physical or chemical methods to remove harmful substances in the transformer oil, restore or improve the physical, chemical, and electrical performance indicators of the transformer oil.
Application
ZYD-I High vacuum Transformer Oil Regeneration System is widely used in the purification of all kinds of insulating oil, especially the fine purification treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil, and super-voltage transformer oil. ASSEN’s power transformer oil regeneration machine restores transformer oil by removing acidity, sludge, and soluble oil decay products with optional regeneration treatment technology. When the treatment is complete, the reclaimed oil meets or exceeds international standards for new oil with lower acidity and improved tan delta, inter-facial tension, and oxidation stability.
