Assen ZYD-I Transformer Oil Regeneration System

Application:
ASSEN ZYD-I Transformer Oil Regeneration system has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in de-energized transformers. our plant is not only provide conventional functions of degassing, drying and particle removing, but also remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil corrosion products and discoloration.After the treatment, the regenerated oil can met the required standard and life span of new insulation oil.

Features:
1.It can treat deteriorated transformer oil.
2.It can significantly improve oil color. Dark-colored oil can be retrofitted to the color less than 1.5.
3.It can recover aging insulating oil electrical with PH value ≥5.5, acid value ≤0.03 mg koH/g, or dielectric loss factors tgδ (90℃) ≤0.001 back to new oil characteristics.
4.Economical. Extremely dirty oil can be reused after regeneration. The cost of purchasing regenerated oil is typically less than 90% of new oil.
5.Control of strategic asset is retained. Oil in use is an asset. Use of regeneration technology removes dependence of the oil company on replacement suppliers and isolates them from wildly fluctuating external market prices.
6.Extended life of power transformer equipment.

Transformer Oil Regeneration System’s Technical Data

The oil’s performance after treatment:

ASSEN warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twenty-six (26) months from date of shipment or twenty-four (24) months after the start-up of the system. ASSEN’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within the warranty period.
