TY High Vacuum Turbine Lube Oil Filter Machine

Application
High levels of water and particulate contamination can be detrimental to the life of a turbine bearing. Our TY turbine lube oil filter system can remove emulsified water levels below 50 parts per million which can give bearings up to an additional 200% life and performance.

TY also can connect directly to the turbine lube oil reservoir and flush the system while it continues to operate. With the installation of jumpers, we can bypass the bearing and purify the oil before it enters critical components. Once the fluid has reached the desired cleanliness, the bearing can be opened and flushed with clean fluid.

In the power generation industry reducing downtime is a must. Our reclamation not only provides a cost-saving benefit but also reduces unit downtime while increasing fluid longevity.

1. The TY turbine lube oil filter unit integrates the gravity method, evaporation method, coacervation, vacuum separation, and mechanical purification, utilizing coacervation, molecular absorption, vacuum drying, and automatic demulsifying technologies which are capable of separating large and minimal amount of water from oil. Its high water removal and demulsifying efficiency make turbid oil to be clear and limpid.
2. The precision multi-stage filter element can remove effectively various impurities, as it is a stage-to-stage densified filter element that could accommodate a large number of impurities and has a longer lifetime.
3. The advanced infrared level automatic control system, voice & light automatic alarm system, and pressure protection device ensure a safe and reliable operation.
4. Turbine oil and low viscosity lubricant oil can be treated online.
